History
Don Palmer has been in the furniture business since 1974 when he was a furniture representative for Ethan Allen. In 1983 as the N. California representative for Pennsylvania House, he was convinced by several prominent retailers to solve their transportation problems from North Carolina to California. Don formed Sunset Express in 1983 which became Palmer Distributing in 1991. The company was renamed Palmer Transport Corp in 1993. |
